Delete Your Account

This page reflects Luma Jars as of its current release.

How to request deletion

Send an email to didiappinfo@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my Luma Jars account". We'll confirm your identity and process the request. There is currently no in-app self-serve delete button — this email request is the way to delete your account.

What to include in your request

We don't need your password, and we'll never ask for it by email.

What gets deleted

What may be retained

If you ever subscribed to Luma Jars Premium, Google Play and our subscription-processing partner (RevenueCat) may retain purchase/subscription transaction records after your account is deleted, as required by financial and tax law and their own data-retention policies. We don't control or store your payment card details ourselves — those never reach us. Deleting your Luma Jars account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription; cancel that separately in the Google Play Store app under Subscriptions.

Guest play

If you played as a guest, no account or personal information was ever created — your progress lives only in a random identifier stored on your own device. To clear it, clear the app's local storage or uninstall the app; nothing needs to be requested from us, and nothing identifiable to you was ever sent anywhere.
